Built in Cairo, expanding across the world

Servd was built in Cairo, in real kitchens, during real service. That constraint shaped everything: the network drops, the receipt printer jams, and a busy Thursday night does not pause for a software update.
Offline-first because the network is not a given
Orders, the kitchen display, and the POS keep working when connectivity falters and reconcile the moment it returns. A dropped connection should never cost a table its food.
Multi-provider payments by necessity
No single payment provider covers every market we serve, so Servd routes across a wide array of local and global gateways. If one is degraded, the next takes over — diners never see it.
The same build, every market
What works under pressure in Cairo works comfortably elsewhere. Servd is built to run across every market — restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens — on the same hardened core that was proven on the most demanding floors we could find.
